DEPARTMENT OF ARABIC STUDIES

The Department provides comprehensive instruction in modern standard Arabic at all stages to the advance Arabic studies, to allow students to immerse in Arabic language and discuss Arabic texts from period of Arab and Islamic history. The Department will offer: Certificate in Arabic studies, Diploma in Arabic studies, and Bachelor in Arabic studies.

DEPARTMENT OF ISLAMIC STUDIES

The Department provides comprehensive instruction in Islamic studies to equip students to serve their communities as imams, teachers, counselors, social workers, and others. The Department will offer: Certificate in Islamic studies, Diploma in Islamic studies, and Bachelor in Islamic studies.

INSTITUTE OF ARABIC AND ISLAMIC STUDIES

The institute is a high school education (secondary school level), aimed to teach Arabic language to non-native speakers of who have different language and cultural backgrounds in a simple, easy, and high-quality manner. It also aims to teach Arabic and Islamic studies to students who need to complete their high school education.

DEPARTMENT OF GRADUATE STUDIES

The Department provides graduate degrees in Arabic and Islamic studies with higher-level access to the Islamic tradition through a guided course of study in Islam’s primary sources. The Department will award the following degrees: Masters in Islamic studies, Masters in Arabic studies, PhD in Islamic studies, PhD in Arabic studies, and post-doctoral studies.
